Amazon are Selling our Stock
I noticed that Amazon were selling on one of our ASINs.
I placed an order on 18/1/2024 for one of these units to trace were the item came from.
I traced the serial number of the unit and I can confirm that we sent this to FBA on 2/1/2024.
According to the Shipping Summary, all 200 units were received and none were lost.
Why are Amazon selling our stock? We use Amazon barcodes.
I've asked SS about this but as always i'm not hopeful about a lucid or helpful response. I seem to get more help here.

Check your Account Settings > Fulfilment by Amazon > Allow Amazon to buy my products to sell globally - is that ENABLED?

Has your inventory gone down to take account of the items they sold? and if so... they owe you money
