Cannot Cancel Outlet Deal

We are facing an issue where we mistakenly opted for Outlet Deal and now unable to cancel. Case no. 16959560481.

Also, we downloaded the Outlet deal report as advised by Amazon Support representative and attached to the case log which clearly shows the ASIN is "RUNNING" Outlet deal.

Can you please assist to cancel the Outlet Deal this is horrible experience if there is only way to activate without having any control over stopping it.

Below steps were received from Amazon Support which we completed and sent report:

There are two ways you can cancel an Outlet deal submission.

If you choose to cancel before Amazon completes its review:

1. From the Inventory drop-down menu in Seller Central, select FBA Inventory.

2. From the drop-down menu in the Action column to the right of the eligible item, select Create Outlet deal.

3. Click Cancel in the Outlet deal pop-up window.

If you choose to cancel after the deal begins:

1. Check the Outlet Deals report to see if that ASIN is currently running a deal.

2. Contact Selling Partner Support to have the deal canceled.

3. Once you receive notification of the deal being canceled, you can either:

a. Update the "Sale End Date" to the previous day’s date, or

b. Remove the "Sale Price" on their ASIN.

Hello @Seller_5mdO9RS7UPr6o- and thanks for posting about this experience, and for including the case ID so I could take a closer look.

It appears our team in that case advised there is no outlet deal currently ongoing for your listed ASIN. When searching myself within outlet deals on Amazon.com, I also found no results for the ASIN listed in that case.

Hopefully this means the issue was already resolved, but please let me know if you are still facing challenges with this!

Thanks,

Danny
