Amazon FBA missing shipment
Have searched the forum but can’t find an answer so apologies if this is a common question.
I have a shipment of 50 boxes missing which was sent from China on 21st March with DPD.
On the 3rd May the DPD tracking shows “Your parcel has been delivered to Amazon MANIFEST”.
Nothing further has happened since then. Every time i raise a case with Amazon I get an email back saying "we are unable to locate your shipment, please provide the 50 tracking numbers. "
It’s the same message every time, don’t know if this is a bot, certainly seems like it.
There is no acknowledgement regarding the tracking provided from DPD.
I’m new to this, first time I have tried FBA and most certainly my last.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Did you upload the tracking numbers on the shipment when you created it ?
For future, especially being a new seller with first shipping, get the stock sent to yourself first to check they are sending what they say they are sending

You need to contact DPD directly and get a copy of the stamped manifest delivery.
DPD don’t provide individual tracking numbers for the boxes, though if you have their software, you can get a screen print showing individual deliveries for each box.
