Seeking Help regarding Removing Negative feedback

Good Evening Everyone,

I hope you guys are doing great!

I have received a negative feedback on order 202-3145510-6656345. The customer stated ''SCAM. This is a miniature ‘sample size, and not the ‘travel’ size. Incredibly misleading and a complete rip-off. Avoid.''

I strongly believe the entire feedback is a product review. From the feedback it is infact a product review related to the product and its price. Clearly it conflicts with the customer feedback policy on Amazon. Moreover, I am not the creator of the listing, I joined to sell this product. I have sold over 300 units plus, I never had any negetive feedback apart from this one. Compare with other prices of the same size in the department stores and the establised sites, among them we are the lowest. I have delivered the item according to the product information as always.

The feedback clearly doesn't state anything with the shopping experience.I have applied for request removal through the feedback manager but it didn't work. Then wrote an email to reopen the case/appeal, but within the same minute a roobotic automated reply came stating they can not procced with the request. Then I went through both account health specialist and customer support departments in vain.

Could anybody help me regarding the issue? Thank you so much in advance.
