Amazon Won't Explain Hundreds of Charges
In February Amazon charged our credit card for our account being below balance. I looked at the statement and saw that there were many unexplained charges that only said, “Other”. I contacted Amazon and they only said that it was from an overpayment in October. Since then we continue to get charged to our credit card every month in different amounts with many of these “Other” charges posted.
I’ve tried to open cases through the website and by calling and they always immediately “Transfer” and close the case without a reply. I have no idea when they’re going to stop charging us, or why it’s happening and they won’t explain. Has anyone had anything like this happen, or have any idea who I can contact since Seller Support keeps closing my case? I feel kind of helpless right now.
