How to switch from selling as an individual to selling as a company which I just formed?

Hi, I just formed an LLC, and I wish to continue selling on Amazon as my new company. Is there a way for me to switch from being a sole proprietor to an LLC? I’m sorry, I’m super new, so I’m not sure at all how this all works. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Looks like you put the cart before the horse. Changing account information can be tricky.

Hopefully someone that has done this successfully will weigh in on this thread.

Are you a single member LLC? If so this will be taxed the same as a sole proprietor.

If you are trying to change your seller information so that customers don’t see your full name, and you are registered as a single member LLC this isn’t possible to change. Someone correct me if I’m wrong on this.

If you do want to change your legal entity on Amazon, go to settings > Account Info > Legal Entity
