KYC Documentation / Team
Hi, checking to see if anyone has a suggestion here.
My European Account, Hemlock's Heirlooms, was deactivated due to KYC.
I've submitted several times now over the last month required documents. US Passport, Residence, Bank Statements, US State Business Licenses, Insurance.
I keep getting rejected stating does not meet requirements. Help line is very nice, but they cannot see why the documents are not acceptable and just tell me to cross check and resubmit.
Is there anyway to contact this KYC team or to get further information as to what's not good enough?
Note, this is critical as this also deactivated my US account until the UK account issue is resolved.

Ok, I've been cleared. Here is what I submitted that finally cleared.
I ticked through each requirement of evidence, then cross referrenced them to each of the below, pretty much hitting every requirement twice.
I fully understand why Amazon requires, but it would be very helpful if whomever reviews lets us know what is insufficient.

Tennessee Drivers License, front and back
Birth Certificate
Tax Return (Schedule C portion only)
Utility Bill
Insurance Bill
Business Registration State of Tennessee
