Royal Mail Delivery Pending, Buyer wants to cancel / get a refund

Hi,

I have a Royal Mail Delivery Pending (delivery attempted on 12th April).

The Buyer now wants to cancel and get a refund.

They have messaged via the Amazon Messaging service (Request a Refund selected)

Is there a way to get RM to return to sender early. I don’t want to refund buyer now and then they go to collect the item before the RM 18 day period lapses for RM to Return to Sender.

Any suggestions? thanks

I think you can go to the RM website and get them to return it to you
And then tell the buyer you’ve had it returned and will refund after you get it back
