Amazon brand registry rejected. No clear answer as to why or how i go about fixing the issue,

Hi Amazon. I have tried registering 2 of my brands on Amazon. Each time i apply it gets rejected. I receive an email from Amazon listing up to 5 reasons why the applications have been rejected but its not clear as to which of these reasons is the issue. I have replied a number of times to these emails/cases asking the same question - Out of the 5 reasons, can you please tell me what exactly is the reason and how do i go about fixing the issue?

Everytime i have to wait days for a reply, just to receive the same email back saying my brand has been rejected and then the list of the 5 reasons why it might have been rejected.

This is getting very tiresome and frustrating. This is preventing me from adding anymore products to Amazon. I have tried calling amazon regarding this but each time they tell me its for the brand registry team to sort out. The problem is i just keep getting the same copy and pasted answer from the brand registry team! Going round in constant circles.

Please can you help me with this?

Thanks, Tom.

Much like suspensions, Amazon is not very forthcoming on these type issues. They expect you to figure out the issue and correct it.

1. Often the issue comes down to the images, at least from what I've seen.

2. If not those, does you Registration apply to the Marketplace you are asking Registry in?

Hi @Seller_jl813KouUrsth,

Based on your explanation, it looks like your application was blocked due to abuse. When this happens, Brand Registry typically provides a way to appeal.

I suggest going to the Brand applications page, where you can find your blocked application and click the Appeal button.

Hope this helps! Thanks, Ezra.
