Hello,
3 of my ASINS have been required to submit a Safety Data Sheet. Upon submitting the data sheet I received the following response:
Specifically: → Starting June 1, 2015, the CLP Regulation ( EC No 1272/2008 ) replaced older directives such as the Dangerous Substances Directive 67/548/EEC ( DSD ) and the Dangerous Preparations Directive 1999/45/EC ( DPD ) for chemical classification and labeling. Therefore, any Safety Data Sheet ( SDS ) created after this date must follow CLP guidelines for hazard identification. Including DPD or other outdated legislation in an SDS after this date is not valid and does not comply with current standards for chemical safety and compliance.
My SDS clearly shows that the CLP Regulation (EC No 1272/2008) states, "The substance is not classified as hazardous to health or the environment according to the CLP regulation." I have highlighted it and spoken to support multiple times and have had them understand that I am right but all they say is they will have a specialist look at it. Now with my other ASIN they are saying the same thing but also that the SDS product name doesnt match the listing name which is true but thats because the listing name is just the product repackaged. What do i do for this case change the name of my product? Anyone can clearly tell the SDS is for that product.
I have also tried saying the product doesn't need a SDS sheet but they wont even listen to that. I've even had a support member tell me it is exempt from requiring one.
Can I please get some help regarding this? @Seller_8hQgfj6OVZYse @Seller_l7Jtck9jxnEA0
