Amazon splitting FBA Shipments more than usual?
Hello,
Has anyone noticed Amazon splitting FBA shipments more than usual? We typically only have to create separate shipments for oversized goods and Hazmat. Recently Amazon have been splitting our normal stock into 2/3 shipments to different warehouses which is massively increasing our shipment costs. We seem to have no control over it.
Appreciate any feedback/tips anyone has on this. Many Thanks!

Hi,
I’m having the exact same issue which is causing a huge increase in delivery costs. Does anyone know a way around this?
Thanks

Thanks, we send all stock on pallets do are charged per pallet and we don’t use Amazon preferred carrier for cost reasons…

Yes, this is becoming very common now as more and more FC’s come onstream. However, if you’re using the partnered carrier, ie UPS, there is no additional charge, no matter how many destinations are involved, as @NoOneToldMeIHadTo has already mentioned . The shipment appears in the shipping queue as “Multi-Destination” but there is only one fee.
