'Other' expenses query

'Other' expenses query

I’m a small seller but woke up today to find over £140 of ‘other’ expenses dumped on to my account pushing me into a negative for this period.

I’ve gone into transactions and the breakdown is also ‘other’ - very useful!

Is there anyway to tell what this is actually for?

As mentioned by @The_little_shop - if you are using Amazon Vat Services, those charges are most probably connected to VAT Services for different Marketplaces. However, to get the confirmation and more details, you would need to contact VAT team.

As per the previous comments, this is most certainly for VAT services.

All part of the smoke and mirror approach that Amazon have on this, it’s incredibly frustrating that in order to find the reason for the cost, you have to delve deep into the system. Why oh why can it not simply link to the invoice in question or at least have a pertinent reason. “Other” is simply nonsensical.

I suppose the question would then be why “other” and not “vat services” ?
