I received buyer feedback on an order that was cancelled.
The feedback was negative, but the order was cancelled.
The case ID is 15732426651. We need you to help us upgrade the importance of case.
Buyer feedback comments: "Porque me quieren cobrar por envío si soy cliente Prime Amazon??" which means "Why do they want to charge me for shipping if I am an Amazon Prime customer?" Our order was free shipping in the US, the buyer cancelled the order and he hadn't not placed it.
His entire feedback was wrong and not our seller's fault.
Please check and help to remove this incorrect feedback.

A buyer left a negative feedback for a item we don't sell in our store, and more ridiculously her/his order was cancelled which means she/he never buy anything from us.
Then the buyer purchased an item from another seller, she/he is not satisfied with it, so came to my store and left a negative feedback for me!!!!!
Contacted Amazon for many many times with no help.
Every one knows how important the feedback is to the online seller, but Amazon doesn't help at all, but they call us as "the business partner" cos we keep selling and they keep making money.
But I don't understand, why they do not help their business partner?????

I understand about the situation you experienced with this feedback left on your order that later was canceled. In this case, I reviewed your order and also your Feedback Manager, and I couldn't find the feedback you're mentioning. Can you please go and check your Feedback manager and confirm if you see the feedback left on your account?
I will make sure to keep this thread open so you can reply to me, but from what I can see, the feedback is not on your account.
