Urgent: Listing Inactive and blocked by Amazon - Seeking Solutions!
Hi everyone,
I sent my merchandise to amazon, my listing was active and they received it correctly. A few days after, they blocked my product because they are considering it a "children's toy" but it's not a children's toy. The only alternative that I have is to "appeal" and send images, children's product certificates, and test reports, but it's NOT a children toy. What can I do, please? If anybody knows, it'd be very helpful.

First, make sure the product is in the correct category and set for a minimum age of 14, if it's not a toy. Then, there should be 2 options. 1 to provide certificates, the other to appeal showing how Amazon was wrong with their identification.
I usually just write something like : This is listed at a minimum age of 14. this is not a toy.

Hello there, I wanted to hop in here to see if you still needed some assistance here. @Seller_4zBzdtgCyS9EIprovided a great breakdown above on some things you can look at.
If you are still having issues, the best next step if you have not already done so, is to open a case directly with Seller Support who can look into this further.
I'll hang tight here for your reply should you still need assistance.
