Account Deactivated Due to Identity Verification – Seeking Advice and Clarification
Hello everyone,
I recently received a notification from Amazon stating that my seller account has been deactivated due to alleged deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity during the virtual identity verification process. This came as a complete shock, as I am the legitimate owner of the account and have provided accurate and truthful information throughout the registration process.
My account represents a registered business, and I have all the necessary documents to verify my identity and the legality of my business, including:
A valid government-issued ID
A recent bank statement
An official business license
I have already submitted an appeal with these documents, but I would appreciate any advice from the community or moderators who have experienced similar issues or know how to best approach this situation.
Has anyone successfully resolved this type of deactivation? Are there any additional steps I should take to improve my chances of reactivation?
