Child ASINs Separated from Parent Asins

I am currently facing an issue where two of my child ASINs are separated from their parent ASIN. In Seller Central, they appear to be linked together, but on the buyer's side, they are displayed separately. I have attempted to delete and recreate those ASINs, but they remain separated. My case ID is 16458402451. Could anyone provide some advice, please?

We are having the same issue and have opened cases and also posted on forum but there has been no solution.

Hi there @Seller_YsLMQ6h73e92a,

At this time the Seller Support team is still appealing your split variation to get the variation restored. I can confirm they have reached out to the correct team to appeal further. If you don't get any updates by next week let me know here and I will see what other escalation options exist. Thank you for your understanding.

This typically happens when the original "creator" of the variation deletes the parent from their inventory. Once the parent is deleted, the children are orphaned.

Hello,

Thank you for your response. I truly appreciate your attention to my concern.

The original case ID 16458402451 has been closed, so I opened a new case ID 16808801181 and ID 16804380421. Despite repeatedly explaining my issue, it seems that the team doesn’t fully understand my situation, even though I’ve mentioned they can refer to Case ID 16458402451 for details about my problem.

I am feeling quite frustrated with this process. Could you please help me reach the appropriate team to resolve this matter?

Thank you for your assistance.
