My product ASIN a kitchen product is wrongly classified by amazin in adult product caterogry and amazon supresssed from search results

My case is serious, i have launched below Asin for 2 years for now and ran many ad campaigns to rank this prodcut on difference keyword organically, it was fine till Oct 2024 but after that, depsite of all efforts whenever we try to search the product on amazon, we never found in organic search, we only see thru sponsoerd link. We can see that BSR for our product in child caterogy in top 50 product but we can not serach it through the keywords we are targetting. This is so out of order and not sure why it is happening. can you look into this issue and let us know what is the issue .

While creating the case, i was shown that Amzon defined our product in adult catergory and that is why serach is suprressed .How come this product is classified as adult product ? this product is a simple air fryer liners which we use to cook food in air fryer to avoid the mess in the air fryer basekt.

Please go through product listing and check for yourself. We spend so much money on campaigns to rank the product and today we know that it is classified as adult product which is off course a system fault. That is why we don’t see this product while we search through keywords . Please sort this issue and remove this product from adult product catergory as soon as possible. Also compensate us with all the money we spent on ad campaigns from last 4 months as this is amazon system fault, not from our ened
