Subject: Assistance Required to Escalate SAFE-T Claim
Hi All,
Could someone advise how to escalate a SAFE-T claim for further review? We sold 2 flasks to a buyer who requested a return, stating they no longer needed the items. The return was accepted, but when we received the flasks back, both were damaged. The buyer did not use the original packaging, instead sending them back in a mailing bag.
We filed a SAFE-T claim and provided photos of the packaging and the damaged items, which clearly show the condition they arrived in. Despite this, we were offered only £9.49, which doesn’t even cover the postage we paid, while the total order value was over £37.
Your help in escalating this matter would be highly appreciated.
Thank you,
Adam
When you click on "View Message" for the SAFE-T Claim in question what have Amazon said regarding the reimbursement, have they provided any additional information as to why they have offered the figure they have ?
