Amazon forcing me to create a removal request
Hello,
I received an email from Amazon stating that I must submit a removal request for ASIN B0DNF1HF51 by April 17th 2025. However, I’m unclear on why this action was taken. Upon reviewing the listing, I noticed that all 325 units currently in stock have been marked as "Defective" — which is inaccurate. I can confirm that none of these units are defective. In addition, I am currently in the process of addressing a 510(k) documentation request related to this ASIN. I’ve been actively working on this appeal since January and have already provided the necessary 510(k) clearance number. I’m unsure whether this removal request is linked to that ongoing process. My main question is: Is it possible to cancel or postpone the removal deadline while the 510(k) issue is being resolved? I would prefer not to proceed with a removal order given that the matter is being addressed and the products are fully compliant and have already provided the 510k clearance number. Just waiting to hear back from the representative that goes by the name "Cooper" who is working on that case. I would greatly appreciate any clarification or assistance regarding this issue.
Thank you in advance.

Good Afternoon @Seller_keX6Km2ij6Snz,
I took a look at both ASINs B0DWZ697MN and B0DN149KQ7 and the cases regarding them are from January and February 2025.
Have you filed anything more recently (within the last 3 weeks) with Selling Partner Support regarding your concerns over these listings?
If you have not, I would recommend reaching out to them and sharing as much detailed information as possible regarding the situation with the Canadian listing such as: You would like to ensure the listing gets reinstated and will not have the product removed from the warehouse as you believe you have submitted all the requested documentation.
Feel free to post the CASE ID in this discussion once you have contacted support so we can follow the case along to the conclusion. Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Hope you have a great rest of the week.
Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
