Why can't I delete the business price and the quantity discounts?

Hiya,

I’ve been trying to do this since I took over our Amazon account but it’s never allowed me to remove the Business price and/or the quantity discounts on the business price. The help function tells me I should just remove the number that is in the business price field and press the save button, but when I press the save button, nothing happens at all. The same thing happens if I just try to get rid of the quantity discount and pressing save all instead doesn’t help.

Where am I going wrong?
