Retail Price Not Displaying in Product Detail Page

We are experiencing an issue where our retail price is not showing up on the listing page. At first the rep had mentioned that it was because our Retail Price was lower than the List Price field. We made the updates so that our List Price values match our Retail Price values. Also our minimum price is still below our retail price and our list price. We noticed that this update did work for some ASINs but not for other ASINs. We are not sure how to fix it.

We tried to remove (blank out) the Minimum Price within the Manage Inventory section, just in case this is what is causing the issue but every time we do this action, we get an internal error right away.

We have contacted Seller Support in hopes that they can identify the issue and fix it or let us know how to fix it. The rep referenced a pricing/inventory template that apparently does a hard update and can fix this. We tried doing this with one of the ASINs that has the issue but we noticed it didn't do anything.

If anyone that's experiencing something similar to this can give us some advise, that would be greatly appreciated!
