How can we stop Amazon from buying our products to sell globally?

"Allow Amazon to buy my products to sell Globally" is disabled but Amazon is still selling my listing. We are the Manufacturer and we own the brand. We are the only seller and we do not supply this to anybody else. We keep seeing offer from Amazon on our listing and we see in the order history that Amazon keeps buying it from us. We dealt with this for 6 months with countless calls and follow up to Seller Support but no resolution.
