Performance Notification - no ingredients
I’ve had a performance notification for 8 of my items stating that the ingredients aren’t listed.
I’m a fairly big seller and am well aware of the requirement to have ingredients listed. All of the listings already had them included so I can’t understand why they are being removed. I have gone back and forth with seller support who keep reverting to " add the ingredients and wait…". At one point, I was advised to do a partial update as their system wasn’t reading the ingredient field properly. I did this for one of the ASIN’s. It reappeared for around 2 hours at which point I received another notification saying that I needed to add the ingredients.
I’m at a complete loss with what to do. Anyone had any similar experiences and know how to resolve?

Have you checked the listings to make sure they are still on there
Several reports lately of bullet points, descriptions etc disappearing from asins
