Account Deactivated, Accused of Multiple Accounts, Which I Don't Have
I am very confused and frustrated about this because this is the notification I keep receiving.
I created an account SOHAPPYLIFE and then I uploaded products under my brand name FURSOHAPPY. I have an Etsy shop called FurSoHappy, so I just been adding products from there to Amazon. As far as I knew, you are allowed to have multiple brand names, so I don't know what this is about.
I do not have another account for selling. I have a separate account which I use for buying off Amazon as a customer. I thought this might be the problem but they are different emails, and for some reason Amazon wouldn't let me create a seller account from the first account, which is why I had to use another email to open my seller account. I only sold for 1 year and paid lots of monthly fees and had a small number of sales, then I took a break because my items are handmade and take a lot of time to make. When I went back to ship more FBA products to Amazon, it said my account was deactivated, kept giving me this explanation no matter how many appeals I provide.
Can someone please help. I have no idea what to do and I am unable to pay a company to get this reinstated. I am the only owner/operator of my seller account. I cannot reach a real human being and this is beyond frustrating!!

Possible links to other accounts.
Shared FBA forwarding services. Shared distributor sending items to FBA. Shared Credit cards, shared return address, shared locations, VA accounts, other third party apps with permissions to log into your account. Someone in your family opened the account and used a credit card you owned.

This looks like you might have another store on a different region that has not been fully registered (usually happens when the name of the linked account is the same as your store name).
Did you register for Global selling? There is some more insight on how to finish that registration on this page.
If this is the case, I suggest finishing the registration on that region and then submitting the appropriate responses from the account health page to reactivate your current/main account.

Hello @Seller_u0ODOjSRdDgOR
Thank you for the information provided regarding the recent issues that have impacted the account. I understand our team has found an association between your account 'SOHAPPYLIFE' and the store 'FURSOHAPPY'. I know this can be frustrating when there is minimal information so I do want to guide you towards a better understanding.
From the details you have shared, you have identified 'FURSOHAPPY' as being your brand which does indicate that the associated account does belong to you. Have you reviewed the other marketplaces that you are registered in to see if any of those could be impacting your North American stores? If you review and find that one of the other markets has been impacted, you will need to take action to resolve the outstanding issues. If you review and find that all the markets are active, then it is indicative that the issue is in fact a separate account and not another marketplace.
Please be aware that if you do identify the other store as belonging to you, you will be required to take actions to address the impacting issue for you to be able to proceed on your US store. If you cannot resolve the issue, we cannot guarantee that a resolution will be available for this concern.
I do encourage you to continue to refer to this thread with any future questions or updates that you receive so our team can provide continued support.
Best,
Atlas
