Inbound bounced emails
Been seeing this in red under my messages today:
“We were not able to send a copy of this message to your e-mail address because the e-mail was bounced by your e-mail service provider.”
I know why that happens but my emails are all good, confirmed by host etc. Anyone else seeing this today?

I opened a support case, you know what’s coming next don’t you…“A buyer can elect to not receive emails from sellers etc etc”.
I have now tried 3 times to explain that it’s INBOUND messages TO ME that are not being forwarded correctly to MY email providers inbox. Round and round and round and round.

I’m getting this problem too and it’s frustrating! Have you guys heard anything from Amazon?
I messaged our e-mail hosting company and got the below reply:
Hi
The reason these emails were rejected by our server is that the IP address used to send the emails is listed as being used by spammers, see https://www.spamcop.net/w3m?action=blcheck&ip=54.240.1.235
Spamcop has received a handful of complaints during the past week and also they have emailed Spamcop’s “spam trap” email addresses (secret email addresses advertised in spamming circles which should never be used for legitimate emails, but get collected by unwitting spammers)
They need to stop the spam originating from this IP and then request it to be de-listed.

It was on the list originally but since I opened a ticket with Amazon (4 or 5 days ago) it’s no longer showing on the spam list. I assume Amazon have been working on the problem behind the scenes, although I don’t appear to be getting an logical updates!
