Changes to the Amazon Services Europe Business Solutions Agreement and to the Amazon Payments Agreement

Effective December 24, 2022, we are updating the Amazon Services Europe Business Solutions Agreement and the Amazon Payments Agreement.

New EU legislation (including the administrative cooperation in the field of taxation (also known as DAC7) and the Central Electronic System of Payment information (also known as CESOPs)) requires Amazon to provide certain information to competent authorities. The updated agreements reflect these requirements.
