Stuck in an infinite loop, feeling helpless
Hi Everyone,
I’m at a complete loss as to what to do here, my Amazon Seller account has been deactivated, every single appeal gets automatically rejected, every case I open gets ignored, I have spent the past 4 days solid trying to find a way to get my account reactivated but to no avail, this is the most frustrating process in existence. I have bought a bunch of inventory to sell on Amazon which is just sitting here and I’m on the verge of just giving up. Seller Support doesn’t have a phone number and because my account has been deactivated I’m only limited to talk about my account deactivation, which, when I select and submit a case, it gets automatically closed saying this channel is no longer available. Has anybody experienced this before? If so, how did you resolve it?

You’re going to have to give more info. What happened to cause your account to be deactivated?
If it is just that you opened a brand new account, then that is normal and you just have to wait for verification to complete.

Apologies, I thought I’d mentioned the reason but was so flustered I must have forgotten.
I created an Amazon account 3-4 years ago and sent a laser cat toy to FBA, this was fine, it sold okay, but around a year later, they gated laser items and deactivated my account as (I would guess) a sweep, since then I have ordered for those toys to be destroyed (which they have been) and appealed numerous times, sent documentation to show I won’t be ordering them again. Anyway, I opened a case and was told to create a new account, now my new account has been deactivated because I need to resolve the strike on my old account, which will not be removed and I get told to just create a new account, it’s a frustrating loop.
