Private Label account deactivated and asking for invoices

hello members,

Amazon has deactivated my my account and asking for invoices by supplier in concern of authenticity. Even it's my own trademark registered brand and also registered on Amazon . I never sell another branded products. I just listed my own products and I'm manufacturer of my products.all products listed under my brand and I used authentic UPCs also and have certificates also . Deactivated account in concern of authenticity and Amazon is asking invoices by supplier,what can I do now I can't understand why they deactivate my account directly without any warning or without any violation. I was working smoothly and had invest on PPC to rank my listings. Amazon has deleted all my listings. I don't know what to do know even Amazon is doing this behavior on our own brands. Please someone can help me on it please? I contacted with team multiple times about it but they also can't understand. At the end just saying follow performance notification and send required documents. I'm not getting products by any supplier. I'm manufacturing from china . Please help me what to do now

your Chinese manufacturer is your supplier- send Amazon the invoices from them. Don’t forget your goods have to be EU approved and meet all EU and UK regs.
