FBA return by customer due to courier damage, Amazon overruled and classed as customer damaged.

I recently had an FBA order of a Lego set returned by the customer stating courier damage. I have received the item back and it is unopened and the box is bashed.

Amazon warehouse operatives have decided that this is customer damaged and are refusing to reimburse. This is so frustrating when Amazon are now overruling their own customers' reason for return.

I assume Amazon haven't provided their couriers delivery photo showing the box/outer box was undamaged at point of delivery.

Hello @Seller_8O4ODlrjziu6b,

This is Sarah with Amazon.

Have you already raised a case with Seller Support? If yes, could you please share the case ID so I can take a look?

Kind regards,

Sarah.
