Deferred transactions and DD+7 issues. How to view the deffered amount at a specific point in time

We have been trying to sort out an issue in with our amazon account where a load of sales revenue appeared to have gone missing.

After opening a couple of cases with Amazon we have not gotten anywhere with support so I have been trying to find our what is going on.

I have now discovered that amazon moved us onto DD+7 payment terms back in August. This led to the figure in account level reserve (which is reflected in the "others" column of the statement) to increase from a very small to a very large figure.

From September this figure then reduced and that revenue seemingly disappeared off the statement.

I have now discovered this is because of another change Amazon made around that time which is that those funds are now being reflected separately at the top of the statement view under a heading called Deffered Transactions. Note that this figure is not included in the statement itself though which messes up accounting.

The problem is that the deffered transactions figure will be changes daily (because the DD+7 window moves forward in time) i.e. its a live figure.

When we take an order on amazon we ship the goods out straight away. My question is how do we view the deferred transaction total at a specific point of time e.g. month end or year end? Because at the moment we are shipping stock out so that stock is removed from our stock valuaion BUT the revenue is not appearing on the statement until DD+7 so this is throwing our accounts out.

How do I find out what the value was for deferred transactions at a particular point of time e.g. if I want to make our 30th september month end accurate?

Thanks
