Has anyone else woken up this morning to this message from Amazon?
Is there an error within Amazon?
All of the affected orders are all items that I have purchased Amazon buy shipping from which are royal mail large letter and none of them show as 'Delivered'.
Surely must be an Amazon/RM issue.
Maybe a moderate can assist.
Not impressed, will stop buying Amazon Buy shipping until resolved.

There are a few other threads about this as well. It seems to have happened due to a change overnight.
Hopefully a tech glitch while they were getting ready for the changes to VTR on International shipments from tomorrow. You should start a case with Seller Support. The more sellers that do, the more likely it is someone spots the pattern and deals with it.
