not able to add aplus for my listing

i have recently enrolled my brand WASHAFI with amazon , and trying to upload aplus for my listing B0DJMVJ93L, but the error appear "You are unable to add content to this ASIN because our system does not recognize this ASIN as part of your brand." i just want to know that my listing is properly linked with my brand WASHAFI? if any mismatch issue how can i update brand name in my listing, i have contacted seller support many times but they every time reply that they will contact me via email

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I will be happy to take a look into this for you and thanks for including the ASIN.

From what I can see, the ASIN is correctly mapped to your brand so I am not sure why you would be receiving this error. If you would like to add one of the case ID's of your communication with Seller Support, I would be happy to take a closer look.

Seeing that you were just enrolled in Amazon Brand registry yesterday, it may just be that when you tried to add the A+ content, the entire catalog had just not been updated yet because I see that the option to add A+ content on this ASIN is available to you now (reviewing on 12/5/24).

If you are still receiving the error you mentioned, please let me know along with the steps you are taking to add the A+ content, this way I can determine which step in the process that is getting hung up.
