My inventory is active on my sellers account but doesn't appear on customers website to sell
I created my inventory and uploaded on my sellers account. Everything went just fine and until today is active.
But after a week i asked a friend to search for my items online on the customers website and she didn’t find any off my products. I email the sellers support a few times and until now nothing, no response. Can someone help me please? I have a professional account and paying for nothing is not worth it. Thanks

Finally I think I know why all of this happened. Like Anglozone said I went to check my account by that link and for my amazed I found out that they need my passport again, but didn’t send me an email ou anything. In the link my account is inactive, but in my sellers app is active … Thank you so much for your help and attention let’s see in 24h what is the result. You guys helped more than any “sellers support” support they don’t give any, not even an answer.

You book shows currently unavailable. Have you added qty available. Check under the edit tab, right hannd side of your inventory list, and then “offer” tab, look half way down and check you have added qty.

If you are selling books unfortunately many titles are hidden behind other hard back copies of the same title. Don’t ask me why Amazon do this there is no logical reason for it.
Ask your friend to go into books / advanced search and put in the ISBN for the book, this then should bring up the listing your book is under. If your book still isn’t there then I dont know what the problem is.
Amazons book catalogue and their insistence on burying books behind other books is a nightmare and because the cost of them doing anything about it is enormous nothing is going to change and its somehting you are just going to have to put up with.

your listing might be on the FBA inventory Instead of Fulfilment By Merchant inventory, if you don’t intend to use Amazon FBA then I suggest converting the listing back to FBM instead, please read online on how to do so
