Can’t list products, new account!

Hello everyone.

I am looking for some help as i am getting absolutely nowhere with amazon over emails

My account is brand new, I have done the video verification and passed. I have added my card onto all the marketplaces and it says my credit card is valid. As far as i know there is nothing else for me to add or do.

However whenever i try to add a product, i type in the product code, click new condition, add, and then i get this message:

You’re currently unable to add or edit listings because either the credit card on file is invalid or the credit card is in the process of validating, which could take up to 24 hours. Please ensure that you have a valid credit card uploaded in Account Settings.

This has been the same now for over a week. Also my account is on a 15k limit, but I have registered as a company, and online i have read this is only for personal accounts, which mine isn’t

Any help would be appreciated on what i need to do, and should i be able to list products?

Have you checked both payment and receipt settings for your cards?
They both need to be valid.

As to the 15k limit, everyone has that when they start. Once you hit it, you will be checked again.

But you haven’t had your company docs verified ?

Go to settings - account info - identity information
Does it say ltd company

Are you using a credit card - not prepaid Mastercard etc ?
Assigned to all marketplaces, not just UK

We’d recommend you to raise a case through the help section of the seller central page and describe the issue in detail along with a snip of the error message.
