Read onlyI’ve been trying to get my shareholder document approved by Amazon, but they keep rejecting it despite providing exactly what they ask for.
I submitted the most recent Confirmation Statement (CS01), which includes a breakdown of all shareholders and the number of shares each beneficial owner holds. However, Amazon keeps responding with:
"The document that you provided was not the most recently filed share allotment document for the company and did not show the number of shares held by each beneficial owner."
I’ve checked Companies House and provided the most up-to-date CS01, yet they still decline it. I even made sure all shareholders were listed.
Has anyone else faced this issue? How did you get past it? Could Amazon be looking for a different document? Any help would be appreciated!
please help someone this is causing so much financial stress
Hi, I don't know if this will help at all
but the last time I had this problem I sent them the original articles of association (or whatever it's called)
The original 1st document when the company was incorporated - lots of pages that you can download from companies house
it seems if there are no changes to the company structure, amazon won't accept the document
totally bizarre as the document itself is available for them to view on companies house
Please let me know if this works
