CSBA Fee and Monthly Subscription Fee
Hello everyone,
I am a new professional seller and I use FBA.
I created my seller account on August 15. After finishing my account setup, I accidentally clicked on "Customer Service by Amazon" (CSBA). Amazon informed me that I had successfully enrolled in CSBA, and I immediately received an email from Amazon Services stating that $43.03 had been charged to my bank account. I later canceled CSBA.
Four days ago, I received another email from Amazon Services stating, “We have charged your credit card $12.89 in an attempt to settle your Amazon seller account balance.”However, Amazon has not yet charged me monthly subscription fee of $39.99.
I would like to know how to request a refund for the CSBA fee and stop further charges, as well as how to ensure that Amazon charges me the correct monthly subscription fee.
Thank you so much if anyone can help me.

Correct. The charge is instant.
1. Are you sure you know what you are doing? CSBA means that Amazon is either going to simply refund with no return every customer with a complaint from your account. You are wide open to scamming buyers with no recourse to reimbursements or claim filing. AND, you are paying Amazon to do this for you.
2. Retail sales run on profit and with CSBA you are already giving Amazon the ability to dive in and take your profit before you even start selling.
3. Are you jumping into FBA feet first? Smart sellers always test sell their product for at least a month themselves, using FBM. That way you know the salability of the product and how much profit you can expect to make. With that information, you ill know is there is enough profit in the product to pay all the fees Amazon is going to charge, and still have your desired profit remaining for yourself.
If you decide to go thru with FBA, hold back another months' worth of product to keep selling while you wait the six weeks Amazon will take to process the product.
4. Remember, Amazon is a for profit company and is good at providing a lot of hype and products all designed to take a sellers mind off the profit they make. The reality of Amazon selling is that a lot of sellers make no profit at all because they believe the hype.
Think it over, always keeping YOUR profit in front of every decision you make, that way you won't lose.

Hello there @Seller_di96zxF6l80xx
My name is CR and wanted to reach out here. In taking a quick look at your account I do not see you registered for CSBA and can confirm that you are on the Professional selling plan which represents your $43.08 charge you are seeing.
I see your subscription fee again went through yesterday 10/15/2024. Your $12.89 appears to be related to advertising cost. You can view this under your 'transaction view' under your 'payments' tab in Seller Central.
