Brand Approval issues

We are experiencing serious issues with your approval staff arbitrarily rejecting brand approval requests.

We have been calling and emailing them for weeks to get approval to sell a brand on amazon. They are saying the GTIN is not associated with Sovereign despite us providing definitive proof to the contrary via GS1.

They ask us for information we have already provided, which we send immediately, including brand approval letter, invoices and IPO registration certificate. They then ask us for the same information again.

When we do the call back option, the person on the phone will say the decision to reject was wrong and that we should be allowed to sell. They say they will contact the team but then it gets rejected again.

We are really struggling and don't know what to do.

3. Escalate the case if necessary by replying to the case thread and requesting a senior associate review.

Thanks for your response. We have already done this to no avail. It's like the team are unable to read at this point!

I tried emailing seller-performance@amazon.com but it bounced back immediately: Thank you for submitting your appeal. This email address no longer accepts incoming messages, and emails sent to this alias will not be reviewed by Amazon.

We are also having great difficulty with the Brand Registry team. I have been trying on and off for more than a year to register my brand. Every time i send an appeal or a message to the team i get what seems like an automated response. I sometimes have to wait 3 days for this response. The response lists a number of reasons why my brand has been rejected but i can never find out from Amazon the exact reason why and how i can go about fixing whatever the issue is to finally get approved. It is so frustrating and so draining, it makes me want to give up! Can somebody please help from Amazon?
