Deactivation of my account Yellow warning
Well now I have a yellow warning that my account is at risk of deactivation re the children’s book by Sage Angie . I guess I am on the way out but would like to thank you all for your support over the years especially Little Shop and Jilly. My appeal was simple: The book’s pages over the years became age tanned. I could not prevent that. Said I would recheck all my stock and amend if necessary. I guess this will not succeed. Oh well c’est la vie.

It doesn’t necessarily mean your account will be deactivated. Some sellers live with the deactivation method for the 180 days that the warning stays on.
Hope it works out okay for you.

I’m not certain why you have had a yellow warning. I had one yesterday. Mine was for “not described properly” - I took this to mean that I had listed it as “Collectable”. I deleted the book a few months ago when we had the fuss about collectable books a few months ago. I wrote to seller help pointing out that i had deleted the book.I had this reply this morning
Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,
We have read your email and understand that you would like to know why the account has deactivation warning even when you have deleted the ASIN: xxxxxxxxxxxxx.
We apologies for the inconvenience caused.
We have checked and see that the account deactivation warning is due to policy violation related to ASIN: xxxxxxx We checked and see that you have removed the listing. In this case there is no further action to be taken regarding this.
The violation has been removed from account and it will be removed from the account health dashboard by next review cycle. It will not affect your account in any way.

Sorry I have just re-read your message and your problem may not be the same as mine.
Surely amazon cannot suspend you on the strength of a problem with just one book?

Did they send you anymore messages about your legal entity ?

Maybe I’ve missed an earlier post of yours but Amazon do not suspend sellers for selling ‘tanned’ books - most sellers of used books would have been kicked off years ago if that were the case.
I’m guessing you had it listed as ‘new’ or like new and a buyer put in a complaint about authenticity?

Mmmm, that’s strange… Just had a look at my Account Health page and I now have an extra 2 violations since this morning! I have received no email, nor have I an ASIN to put against these 2 recent violations. The only thing it looks like is I have received double (2) violations for the same ASIN - (I already some policy violations which were due to drop off within the next month)
Anyone else seeing an abnormality in Policy Violations?

I have had the yellow warning triangle for about 6 months. It suddenly disappeared yesterday!
Has your waring also disappeared?
