Negative buyers reviews
Hello
There has been a lot about the customers reviews. Should be there any more robust (not AI) system to judge if buyers comments can destroy sellers?
Last example. A buyer feedback was "Bought last year not same" case 16944106791.
How this comment be considered as seller performance in any way (negative feedback, performance down, no Feature listings)?
Any comments?
thank you

another example
The buyer left negative comments after he was rejected by Amazon A-to Z claim order 111-1625225-2709009. "I have sent two shirts back due to not being true to size and the postal service mailman took both boxes. I’m afraid o accidentally swapped labels on them. What do I need to do!"
The buyer claimed A-to-Z and it was rejected by Amazon.
The USP prepaid shipping labels were not used.
I sent many emails to the buyer while the buyer kept saying that postal service man took it from him and the buyer did not give any us any tracking ID.
Amazon's ruling it is my fault, and the feedback stays on my seller profile.
I sell only 50 items per month. This negative comment made my ODR more then 1% so I am banned from Buy box for 60 days!
Should be any mechanism to somehow judge customers feedback. If a buyer wants to leave negative comments can there be any a way to check if these claims are true. Many customers feedbacks are not of any use, very aggressive, not polite and etc. I understand there is Amazon policy on feedback (on on customer-seller communication) but mybe it is time to review it
thank you
