Shipping to France from UK

I am a newbie here, please can someone help
Today a customer in France has placed an order which is now confirmed but I am finding it difficult to buy shipping from my seller account, each time I click on Buy shipping it shows
“Based on your inputs or preferences, no delivery services were available. Delivery services shown ignore your preferences. If none are shown, there are no delivery services available for this order.”
Amazon charged £5.50 for shipping.
