We have been encountering a major issue since last week and, despite numerous attempts to contact support, we have not received a satisfactory resolution. The issue pertains to our Sunday shipping orders.

We would like to streamline our carrier preferences for Sundays by exclusively using Amazon Shipping.

Currently, when we navigate to Settings > Shipping settings > General Shipping settings > Carrier level preferences > Sunday, we notice that the following options are available:

Amazon Shipping

DPD UK

Evri UK

Royal Mail

Our goal is to disable the options for DPD UK, Evri UK, and Royal Mail for Sunday deliveries, similar to our Saturday collection settings where only DPD UK and Evri UK are enabled.

Attached is a screenshot for your reference, highlighting the carrier options available for Saturday collections.

Could you please assist us in updating these settings or guide us through the process to ensure that only Amazon Shipping is available for our Sunday deliveries? Your prompt assistance would be greatly appreciated as it will significantly impact our shipping efficiency.
