Several months ago Amazon asked us sellers on how to improve our feedback experience, I highlighted several points including not allowing feedback before communication and fixing the help page so it is fit for purpose (the link directs customers to the wrong page).
I don’t expect special service I just want things to be fair. The customer left feedback without any communication, I contacted immediately and offered to give a replacement or refund. They chose a replacement which they received within a day. They communicated to me that they tried to remove the feedback but the link doesn’t work and they have no idea how to remove it. So basically everything I highlighted. I tried feedback manager but it was rejected within seconds as usual. The customer has written in messages that they want it cancelled but don’t know how (because the help page is no help), why is this not enough for Amazon?

These are instances where seller support is supposed to step in and assist. Actually I don't know what "support" they offer, anymore.
Why is it so difficult to remove feedback? Please see my screenshot. The button next to "You submitted feedback" says "Remove". https://www.amazon.co.uk/hz/feedback/list Link should take her to her feedback list.
Or she could go to her orders, attempt to leave a feedback on any order that she hasn't left one and see a complete list of feedback under the "completed feedback" list.
