Hi there. As always this stupid company is hiding from their clients. I've been charged 50.29GBP 19.11.2024 directly from my bank account (amazon France). As I didn't use this sh*ty company for sales long time ago my account was inactivated. The thing is, I cannot contact anyone from amazon to investigate why my BA was charged, I cannot close my account too before I update card details (even if I have 0.00 balance everywhere), I can do nothing just keep paying to nowhere for nothing! So what shall I do if amazon do not allow me to do nothing apart of updating credit card details and keep charging me for something I don't know? And I cannot ask anyone what I paid for because my account is not active. No email request form. no online chat, no phone number, nothing! Just stupid warning "Your account is inactive. You have attempted to access a store that is currently inactive. To reactivate your store, you may be required to add a new credit card and verify your identity. Please be advised that it may take a few minutes for your store to be reactivated."
