I can't get my head around why I am not being paid for the items I sell

So, been selling well on Amazon, BUT Amazon have over £300 inn their account that is mine, and I cannot disburse this?

It states "Funds for these transactions are pending buyer invoice payments. Learn more. " ? What does this mean, I didn't ask for these sales to be invoiced and deferred, I want payment when I sell stuff, can anyone help please?

It sounds like these are business orders where buyers have opted for Pay-by-invoice.

See this in the help articles:

What is Pay by Invoice?

Pay by Invoice allows qualified Amazon customers to make purchases on Amazon and receive billing invoices for their orders. Amazon customers who have access to Invoicing have credit terms that determine when their invoices are due. Credit terms can differ by buyer and are assessed and approved by Amazon. For example, a customer can have a net 30-day term, where the invoice due date will be 30 days after the billing date.

As sellers we have no control over this and cannot opt-out of businesses buying from us in this way.

Hello @Seller_uXvbuqGy3NJnz,

I am Spencer with Amazon.

Have you been able to solve your issue with the sales to be invoiced and deterred?

If not, feel free to share a case ID with me and I gladly look into it.

Regards, Spencer
