Email in Spanish?
Hey all,
Sorry, I’m so new to all this …I have set up my bank accounts with Amazon etc, all is looking good for my first payment. I received an email from the Spanish site saying I had to re-enter my bank details on the Spanish site to get paid. Is this correct? I have sold to Spain
Thanks

Please note that currently, there are numerous different types of phishing e-mails being sent to sellers.
As long as everything appears to be fine within the Seller Central and you aren’t seeing any performance notifications alerting you about your deposit method being incorrect, then I would advise you to be careful.
Just make sure that you already entered a valid deposit method into Spanish marketplace’s Bank Account Information section:
In addition, following are a few common reasons for a bank account rejection:
- Your bank or branch sort code number is mistyped. Confirm and re-enter the information.
- Your International Bank Account Number (IBAN) is mistyped. Confirm and re-enter the information.
- Your bank account is not located in a supported country within Eurozone or in a country supported by Amazon Currency Converter.
- You can only have 1 bank account per marketplace and you are trying to add a second bank account.
- You entered the numbers from the bottom of a deposit slip instead of the numbers of your bank account. Although these are often the same, in some cases they may not be. Please re-enter the numbers.
So I would advise you to review everything to ensure that you are fully compliant.

Have you setup remittance/bank details on each EU marketplace? If you have only set it up on the UK site, then you won’t get paid.
Only do this directly through Seller Central, not by clicking on any email.

Hello
You can set the language in each European account using a drop down box. If you’ve set them to English and subsequently start getting emails or one time passwords in other languages it’s a sign someone is trying to hack into your account.
