We only do FBA but have received a merchant fulfilled order

Hi has anyone ever experienced getting a seller fulfilled order when they only have FBA listings because we just have, logged a case with seller support but doubt they will be able to do anything as per usual. Could be an issue at this time of year.

Managed to solve it by converting my FBA listing to seller fulfilled and then back to FBA, it was even using my FBA sku, there must have been an error with the conversion and just no one ordered the seller fulfilled as we had the FBA as the same price until the FBA had run out of stock.

Do you use any kind of inventory software? You do still have one product showing as non-FBA.
