CE certificate for a hamper of toys all bought on Amazon uk

I need some expert help for uk regulations for baby/ child toys sold on amazon uk. I have a special hamper basket constituting of 10 baby toys put together, this has been supressed on amazon until I provide information about CE etc. The thing is amongst these 10 items in the box, 1 is my own product which has CE certificate etc, and all the other 9 toys are bought on Amazon , as all toys on amazon must have passed CE , therefore I know for sure the toys are safe, but how can I provide Amazon all these CE certificates for all the toys which I am just a reseller , plus I can provide proof that I buy them on Amazon uk from my buyer account.

SO can someone guide me on the next step to get my hamper back on Amazon uk

THanks and Regards

You should not be bundling these products to sell as new

As you’ve found out, they can be listed for a while with no request for documentation

Do they even have ce labels ?

If you’ve bundled, and rebranded these , it’s your responsibility to get them tested so you’ll need to find a company that can do this for you

Not sure where to begin with this one. Feel like the below line is a good point.

as all toys on amazon must have passed CE

You can’t confirm that. If they are asking you to verify your item is CE certified, and you are not for these bundled items, how can you confirm the items you have purchased are?

Have you listed the bundle as new?

You state one was your own item and the other 9 bought off Amazon as new - therefore once you create the bundle then the whole bundle must be described as Used.

And how have you gotten round the problem of listing without an EAN? Are you using your own bought from GS1?

You can only list as New if you bought direct from the manufacturer. In this case you have not so it can only be listed as Used (even if still in original packaging)

Aside from the fact that you have bought these products from Amazon and then bundled them into your own listing, you are of course aware, that you need the permission of the brand holders for the products that you are using, to bundle them together?

You really can’t do this kind of thing. Can you imagine going into Tesco’s and buying a bunch of things, then putting them into a bundle and then selling them back to Tesco, as a brand new product?
What reaction do you think that you would get to that?
