Hello @Seller_aC8vqzsQGiBnT,
Thank you for posting concerns with your account deactivation here on the Forums.

From what you have shared so far, I see that your account was deactivated due to issues verifying your identity, and your attempts to submit the required documents have not been successful.
For clarity, can you share the original deactivation performance notification, after you have removed your personal information, for us to review? Also, after you submitted the documents, you should have received a follow-up notification, can you share that as well? This will allow us to better understand your next steps.
For this, I suggest that you visit the seller identity help page to familiarize yourself with the requirements. Also, to ensure your documents are not rejected, make sure that they meet the following requirements:
-Be valid (not expired, revoked, inactive or closed).
-Be high resolution and unobstructed (clear, readable, visible and in focus).
-Be complete and not cut off from any sides (not angled or cropped).
-Be a scanned image or photo of the original document taken from your mobile device's camera. (screenshots are not accepted)
-Display the full document (front and back, if applicable).
-Be less than 50MB in size.
-Be in one of these formats: TIF, TIFF, PNG, JPG, PDF, and JPEG. Do not include special characters in the file name (examples: $, &, or #).
-Be authentic and unaltered.
-Must not be password-protected.
-Be in one of these supported languages: Arabic, Simplified Chinese, Dutch, English, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish, Tamil, Thai, Turkish, and Vietnamese. If your documents are not in a supported language, you must submit a notarized translation in a supported language along with the original document.
After you have reviewed the help page and the requirements above, can you confirm if your documents meet those requirements? If there is a mismatch of information, or the documents do not meet the requirements, your submission may be denied.
I look forward to learning more so we can guide you the best. The Forums community and I are here to support you.
Wishing you the best,
LeviDylan

Hello @Seller_aC8vqzsQGiBnT,
I appreciate you following up with this additional inquiry.
Typically, providing personal information that would be on these documents is not allowed due to this being a public space. I would suggest that if you have created a case where you provided these documents, we will have visibility to cases you provide here. This will allow us to review information.
Please also keep in mind that, although we can review the information, we can only compare them to the requirements, approval and acceptance goes through a more detailed review.
I do also recommend focusing on these specific requirements. You can have a valid utility bill but if the document does not meet our requirements it will be rejected. Please ensure that you are taking a photo, or scanning the original utility bill. Make sure that when you do this, that your document is perfectly aligned, and includes all pages, as noted front and back are required if the utility bill uses duplex print.
Another concern commonly seen is information not matching. Please confirm and verify that your utility bill matches the information used to register the account. This include any abbreviation, or acronyms not present on your seller account. This applies to all information from names, addresses as an example.
I would also like to ask that you provide your original deactivation notice and request for information. There are a few different types of verification and this will help us confirm the situation and offer more direct guidance on the deactivation.
