Removal order, but can't remove?
Good morning all,
I have several products for removal. However, when I try to remove them it says they are unfulfillable.
I’m confused, I asked to remove them but can’t because they are not there!

Could be a few reasons. Warehouse damaged goods cannot be removed, goods within the EU cannot be removed direct to the UK, goods that are currently in FC Processing can’t be removed either i think. Probably some more others can think of.
Do any of those apply?

I suspect, the most likely one is damaged goods. However, surly I can get them back to return to my supplier?

Hello again,
I have 7 items, all of them won’t let me remove them, because they are unfulfillable and out of stock.
I suspect they are faulty / or Amazon damaged them. So, what would you recommend the value is about £200 in total.
Any help would be appreciated, it’s a bit off if Amazon damage something and doesn’t tell you.
Do you just get a percentage of the price?

Q: You usually get 2 fields to fill in, 1 for the qty of fulfillable to remove and the other for the qty of unfulfillable.
A: I just can’t enter any values and I have no more in stock. It would seem I can’t take any action.
