Amazon Verification trouble with tracking
Hello everyone ,
So i got an email regarding verification due to the amount of sales I got so I have sent all the relevant documents and now I have been asked to prove that the items have been delivered. I bought all the shipping via amazon buy shipping Royal Mail 2nd Class which means no tracking I have sent the labels and pictures that it says items have been delivered but amazon just keeps pasting the same thing can anyone help me on the next steps as I dont know how i can proof this.

Are you sure this email is legitimate?
Failure to provide valid tracking, even if you were, should only result in listings being suspended not your account being suspended.
Is your account suspended? If so, can you post the original suspension notice? Can you see this or the original notice in your Performance Notifications section?

Yes , they have asked for all the information but seems like I am stuck at this stage and it is legitimate email as my funds are all put in reserve, I am still able to post new items for sale but anything that gets sold goes to reserve so can’t withdraw funds. I just don’t really grasp what proof i can submit for them to be validated as I bought shipping with them.

I have had one of these.
It followed a formal review of our seller account caused by poor performance. I had sent them an action plan on the issues causing the poor performance and then they sent this email.
I put a spreadsheet together of all orders sent over a full week showing required date to be sent, actual date sent. About 90% of orders were sent not tracked, but no customer complaints either (after about 4 weeks).
The other 10% were tracked and I included that number for them. You do not get a response, but it was accepted as restrictions were lifted.
All my orders were being sent click and drop, outside buy shipping.
Now I use buy shipping royal mail 24 and 48 (careful, that is NOT Tracked, but does include a tracking number). It is VERY cheap and provides protection against atoz claims and bad feedback where they relate to delivery. You need an ODA account I believe to use “ROYAL MAIL 48 or 24”.

Amazon policy requires that sellers act fairly and honestly on Amazon platform to ensure a safe buying and selling experience. You must provide accurate information to Amazon and our customers, and update the information if it changes.
Please refer to Amazon’s policy regarding sales policies and Seller codes of conduct.
As per the Performance notification, we are unable to verify the tracking information provided for the shipped orders and if the orders are delivered please provide the Proof of delivery/buyer’s confirmation of receipt for all the fulfilled orders.

I have collected the proof postage from the post office, resubmitted another email to amazon but don’t think that is proof delivery ,but thank you for that will update the thread once I receive an email. I responded to them with shipping labels, and the proof of postage for the order as of today. Also shipped another few order reluctantly but with 48hours tracked and signed service added them onto the email as well as plan of action to continue shipping only fully tracked orders hoping that will help.

Does anyone know why its taking so long? as verification is pending and I cant access my UK funds. I have to keep putting money into the business and pay for staff wages and pay for Royal Mail and pay the loans and pay for everything?

Hello guys, just an update . I went to look how people fought a-z claims in order to proof the delivery in order how to format my emails for amazon ,even thought I don’t have any so far. Anyways I submitted the proof of postage for all the deliveries and the tracking (royal mail 2nd class confirmation of delivery).
Formatted my emails in this manner
The order xxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx was shipped on Mon, 23 Jan 2023 ,with tracking number xxxxxxxx by carrier Royal Mail.The shipment can be tracked on this link (Link to the status of delivery). According to the order’s tracking information,the package was delivered to the correct address on 25-01-2023.
And received an email just a few minutes ago that funds are now released. Really ,really happy its finally over but from what I see around the forums it won’t be my last time possibly. So thank you all for your help much appreciated and till next time .See you
